Analytical Solutions builds Analytical Ledger — free, multi-entity, double-entry accounting for the owner who does the work. Correct to the cent, every entity in one place, and yours to keep. We run our own group of companies on it, daily, and we're preparing it as a gift to the community.

The numbers must be true. Money is stored as exact decimals, never floats. Every entry must balance — enforced in the app and again by database triggers. Posted entries are immutable and corrected only by reversing entries, the way real accounting works.

Good books aren't paperwork. They're how you tend what you've been given. The whole tool exists to help you know the condition of your business — clearly, currently, and without dread.

How We Got Here
We built the ledger we needed.
For years we ran our own small businesses on nothing but Excel. It worked — until it didn't. The books were always the first thing to slip when the work piled up, and there was never a good time to catch them back up.
Then the busy seasons hit, and the books stopped getting done entirely. Months of bank and card statements went unreconciled. We were flying blind at exactly the moment the numbers mattered most, and no spreadsheet was going to fix it. So we built Analytical Ledger — real double-entry accounting that stays correct to the cent — so no owner has to choose between running the business and knowing its condition.
Today we run our own group of companies on it, daily, in production — personal finances included, every entity in one place. It's how we know where each one stands without a tax-season scramble. Now we're preparing it as a gift to the community: free to use, yours to keep.
