Your own instance, run for you.
One isolated instance and one database per client, with updates and backups handled. You keep the ledger and the agent connection; we keep the server running. Managed hosting is an invite-only beta.

3310What it is
The same ledger, on a server we run.
Managed hosting is the free software, operated for you. Nothing about the product changes: the same books, the same controls, the same agent access.
Your own instance
Your own application, PostgreSQL database, document storage, secrets, backups and domain, with TLS. The entities inside are your books. There is no shared tenant database.
- Reachable at a domain of yours
- Your owner manages users and access
- Your data is in no one else's database
Run for you
Updates, backups and monitoring are ours. A backup is not counted until a restore of it has been checked.
- Nightly backups, each proven by restoring into a scratch database
- Upgrades take a backup and verify a restore before and after they migrate
- Backups are drilled at least monthly
Your agents, anywhere
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or any MCP client to your instance over HTTPS, including from your phone. You bring the agent and its subscription.
- You authorize each connection yourself
- Agents read and draft; people post
- Your own API keys, kept encrypted in Settings
The default is a separate virtual machine for each client, because it isolates best. Sharing a machine costs less but shares the kernel, the disk and the resources, so we would do it only if you agree to that explicitly.
3320Who it's for
For people who want the books, not the server.
CFOs and firms
One instance per client keeps every client's books apart by construction, and handing a client their data back is a database dump that only ever held theirs. For CFOs
Owner-operators
Several companies and a household, reachable from your laptop and your phone, with no computer that has to stay switched on. For owners
Planners
Plans that sit on real books your clients can open, with your own agent asking the questions. For planners
If you would rather run it yourself, the software is free. The Windows download and self-hosting are on the get started page.
3330How it starts
Ask, agree, then we build it.
Nothing is created and nothing is charged until we have agreed the details with you in writing.
Step 1
You ask
Send the request below. We reply by email about the beta.
Step 2
We agree terms
Provider, region, domain, backup destination, retention and price are settled with you before activation.
Step 3
You set up
Your owner opens a private one-time setup link, creates a password, then completes onboarding: first entity, chart of accounts and open periods. The link stops working after that.
Step 4
We hand over
You connect your agent, enter your own API keys in Settings, and we show an allowed read and a rejected one.
Firms can add onboarding: chart of accounts migration, entity structure and training. Mention it in your request.
3340Your data
You can always leave with your books.
The software is free and the database is yours, so leaving is a restore, not a negotiation.
What you can ask for
The full SQL database and your documents, delivered securely, with checksums, the application release and restore guidance.
What you do with it
Restore it into the same software on your Windows computer or your own server. Nothing in it needs us to read.
Before we delete anything
You confirm receipt and that it restores. The key that decrypts your saved integration credentials is sent separately.
3350Request hosting
Ask for an instance.
Tell us roughly how many entities you keep and how big your firm is. We reply about the beta; we do not take payment here.
- Invite-only beta, so not every request can start at once
- No payment is taken on this page
- No entity names or account data, please
- One reply from a person, not a mailing list
Managed hosting is available once a release that carries password sign-in, first-run setup, onboarding, encrypted credentials and agent connections has passed acceptance. Until then it is a beta by invitation, and the tags on this site say so.
The request form is not open on this deployment.
Write to us instead and we will reply about the hosting beta: hello@analyticalledger.com.
